Rapid order pick up is amazing! Always on time, fresh and so quick and easy!

I love Panera Food its great and there service as well...

When registering a new credit card, the security code field only accepts three characters. The American express credit card has a four character security code. This prevents American Express from being used on the app. Please fix this so I may use the app.

I love the Panera app and have used it dozens of times. I love that you can customize menu items and it saves so much time when you cant stand in line. However, while Ive written them a number of times the stores continue (except for one) to ignore changes youve made to items and are almost ALWAYS well beyond the promised 10 minutes they claim the order will be ready. Im nice about it but the most the store will do is say "sorry weve been busy" and repeat the problem again. Notes to Panera Corporate say they will look into it.... no change. So I rate the app highly rate the follow-through far less. The left and right hands often dont know what the other is doing. Still love the food.

Well Ive only used it this first time, but it was super easy to browse the menu, get nutrition info & order. offered me drinks or upgrades, and especially getting to use my rewards - very easy and enjoyable.

Normally I just order when Im at work. Now I order for rapid pick-up all the time. Very convenient & useful!

For a mom on the go, this is the best app out there. So easy to use and customize what each kid wants. Save orders to my favorites. Swing by the store and do a quick pick up and be on our way to the next event. Love it!! Plus the food is so healthy and delicious. Better than a drive through.

Ordering was fairly quick and easy. My only issue was that I had to cancel part of my order in order to edit it.

This is by far the best food app Ive ever used. Rapid pick up is such an amazing thing. When Im in a hurry I just send in my order and being able to just run in and pick it up is wonderful. It keeps me away from fast food too which is a huge plus. Thanks Panera!!
