I used to love this app, but it will no longer accept gift card payments. Bring back the gift card payment option!!!

Its terribly convenient to order and pick up so easily. Thank you! A few things keep me from loving it, though: 1) theres currently no intuitive way to make a special note on your order. I love that on the web site you can mark special instructions like "light on ice" or "please serve in a bowl with bagel on the side"--all things my local store are happy to do when I order online but dont have this capability on the app. 2) when I order at the store, they always apply my "$1 off beverage" (or espresso beverage) to my chai tea latte, but the app never applies it or has chai tea as one of the reward options. So now I have about three rewards that will expire unless I add ten minutes to my day and wait in line at the store for my beverage. I would be SO happy if you could fix this.

For someone that isnt so picky with the details of my order. This is a quick and easy way to get my order. Its interface is clean and organized and signing up was fast. I kinda wish more restaurants would utilize this. This app is great for anyone who is in a hurry!

This is a simple yet well designed food brand application that lets you browse the menu as well as locate the nearest places and manage your account. Users can not only view the comprehensive menu but customize the order and have it scheduled to be delivered to your table if you are dining at a location or for pickup if you are coming in. Users can view addresses for all listed Panera bread locations and see how far it is from them. Users can manage their account by way of the rewards program offered as well as saving their favorite meals from the menu as well as looking up past orders. This is useful with a place that offers various customization of your meals. All regular customers will get something out if this app and all those who are new to the brand can use it to see what is offered.

I love Panera! The staff is always friendly and helpful, my order is typically correct and Rapid Pickup is the best way to get fresh food fast.
