Great! Picking up lunch for daughter to bring to her school. I walked in to the store without my credit card! Easy installation of the app and able to pay online without needing the card physically present... Risky? Maybe... But today it was just super easy and convenient and makes me look like a hero to my daughter!!

Its just too easy to use this app. You can pay with Apple Pay. I work 5 minutes from a Panera store. I order right before I walk out the door and my order is ready when I get there!

The app is very user friendly. The food is great and the delivery staff friendly. My only complaint is that the green tea is not offered for delivery and it would be nice to have more options for pastas.

Ive used it a few times and it works very well. Its very easy to use and very convenient. However, today I used it, while in the Panera I was ordering from, to order some pastries for when we were leaving, and the store never got the order. I had to show them my confirmation email to prove that I ordered and paid for my order.

No complaints as to what ever I order the food is fresh and taste great and healthy! Love the bread

So convenient to just quick order and stop by for like a minute to get our food. My daughter loves their chicken noodle soup and its so easy to see the menu, you can favorite your past orders. Love it

Whenever I want a healthy meal, I know I can count on Panera. The food is always fresh, good, and filling. No matter what the season. The ease-ability of the online ordering is even better. Thank you, Celeste from Roxbury

If you are a regular customer of Panera it would be foolish not to try this app. It is easier than calling someone to give them a takeaway order. You can even customize any breakfast sandwich order easily and to your liking. I would never believe it was this easy if I hadnt tried it.

This is only my second order at Panera Bread, yet my very first mobile order. And this order is for a cafe that opens later this morning, as I awoke much earlier than usual. I was extremely impressed with the convenience and ease of ordering - not to mention the detailed information that was available (calories, customization options, etc.). And you offer Apple Pay, so the entire process was so pleasant Thanks for making me a believer!!!

So easy to use and fast I can just type up a frequent order for my kids and bring them lunch every week or two for a special treat!

Very intuitive. Remembers your favorites. Easy to execute...timing options are great..Touch ID eliminates entering password every time on iPhones...never had a wrong order yet...use twice a week...

The menu is easily accessible and you can simply customize an item to your liking. Orders are always ready on time.

Love the online ordering feature, especially the customization option & the ability to see nutritional info!! I use it all of the time, even though I dine-in.

This app is so easy to use and so perfect. I work at the hospital and its so convenient when I get called in for a 12 hour night shift to do a rapid pick up. So easy to use and saves all your rewards so you can just pick the one you want to use right at check out, saves my payment information and Im good to go. If I could rate it for more than 5 stars I would, total life saver.
