Great App! The Stores Just Need to Follow It!
I love the Panera app and have used it dozens of times. I love that you can customize menu items and it saves so much time when you cant stand in line. However, while Ive written them a number of times the stores continue (except for one) to ignore changes youve made to items and are almost ALWAYS well beyond the promised 10 minutes they claim the order will be ready. Im nice about it but the most the store will do is say "sorry weve been busy" and repeat the problem again. Notes to Panera Corporate say they will look into it.... no change. So I rate the app highly rate the follow-through far less. The left and right hands often dont know what the other is doing. Still love the food.
