Love the rapid pick up option

Downloaded the app to use for the first time. It looked like a convenient way to pre-order. However when I reached the payment stage there was no option to pay with my gift card. So it was all for nothing as we had to order in the store anyways.

I love Panera, and I appreciate you give the option to change some ingredients in your order. When I order the Asian Sesame Chicken salad, I prefer to substitute the edamame mix for the chicken. I dont think I should be charged extra for the edamame since Im substituting for the chicken. I hope you can figure out a way to not charge extra. Thank you. Kim Race

Its not the most beautiful app, or the fastest app, but it makes it really easy to order a meal. And, because you have all the options laid out in front of you, its much easier to customize your order to your liking.

I work in a hospital and so, naturally, those long hours make it very hard to have the will to cook and unfortunately the panera app makes it easier. I can order as Im leaving work, stop by to pick it up as Im heading home and it just adds 2-3 minutes to my drive home. Its super easy to use the rewards from the app which is something I was concerned about. Def would recommend to anyone who likes Panera, but especially those with busy lifestyles!

Takes up too much space!! Panera, lighten up your app. The functionality and ease is fantastic, but I consider deleting it bc it uses more space then Facebook and Email combined.

Love the customization. But when I got to the payment screen, I could not input gift card, and seriously debated on cancelling order.

Great idea with this app!

This app works great but lord is it a pain to use. Even ordering a saved order takes a dozen taps. I feel like there needs to be a way to order the usual in under 3 taps. Aside from that it doesnt customize to what I like as much as it could. Considering the extensive menu there should be a simpler way. Ever use a Wawa kiosk? Theyre awesome. This smart phone app feels like a step back.
